All Tickets are in US currency. Ticket prices and availability are subject to change at any time. Ticket prices are guaranteed at the time the order is places. All paid ticket orders are guaranteed by contract and a confirmation receipt will be issued upon full payment.

We reserve the right to provide upgrades on all ticket orders at no extra charge to the customer. Ticket deliveries are guaranteed no later than the day before the event unless stated otherwise, however every effort will be made to deliver tickets as early as possible. All tickets will be delivered via Federal Express Overnight unless otherwise stated.

We are not be responsible for any weather delays, event postponements, event cancellations, lost or stolen tickets.

• All sales are final.
• Since event tickets are purchased in a free and fluctuating market, prices may change at any time.
• Due to time constraints, we will not guarantee orders placed less than 48 hours prior to the event. For orders within 48 hours of the event, please email or call.
• We reserve the right to upgrade any order at no extra charge.
• All prices guaranteed at the time order is placed.
• A confirmation receipt will be issued upon full payment.
• A 50% deposit may be placed. Full payment due 30 days prior to the event. All deposits are non-refundable.
• Forms of payment accepted: cash, company check, cashier's check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner's Club, Discover Card, and JCB Card.
• All credit card purchases will have a 5% handling and service charge added.
• A ticket purchase contract and fax authorization credit card charge form may be required on credit card purchases. Photocopies of credit card and drivers license, plus billing address of cardholder may be required for verification purposes.
• Federal Express delivery charge ranges between $10.00 - $15.00.
• Federal Express International delivery charge ranges between $15.00 - $25.00. Delivery may take up to three(3) business days.
• Local delivery and will call window drop-off may be available and subject to a $10.00 minimum charge depending on location.
• Should an event be postponed, all tickets will be valid for the new event date. No refunds will be issued.
• All orders are guaranteed by day before the event, unless otherwise stated in your confirmation and/or reciept(s).
• We can sell any quantity of tickets but cannot guarantee ticket groupings larger than two(2) together.

We are an independent, privately owned company engaged in the business of buying and selling "first rate" tickets for all sporting events, concerts, and theatre shows worldwide. We are not affiliated with any box offices, theatres, venues, or teams.

All prices quoted include all service charges and reflect our cost of obtaining preferred seating. Most ticket prices are at or above face value. All prices are based on supply, demand, and seat location. We reserve the right to provide upgrades at no additional charge.
